M A L A Y S I A
Malaysia is a country that's very close in terms of distance & culture, yet it is one that's much too
similar from where I live & was born in that it felt more like a distant relation than a place to visit
& explore fully.
I've hardly visited Malaysia October 2002. I've since visited Langkawi, Penang & Melaka. As there are lots to
explore & discover.

Having said that, since my best friend was from Malaysia (she's a Canadian now) & my brother-in-law is also a
Malaysian, this country holds a special place in my heart. My foremost impression of this country is there are
many nice & decent people here :) I may be biased, but as with all interactions over the world, everyone can
only speaks from his/her own experiences; & my experiences with the Malaysians have been great!
Petronas Twin Towers, the tallest building in the world until taken over by Taipei 101
TWIN PEAKS

For the majority of us, the insider's scope to the Petronas Twin Towers came
from the movie "
Entrapment". I must say I remembered more about
Catherine Zeta-Jones' curvature than the steel miracle of this architectural
feat. Discovery channel's telecast of a documentary on Petronas TT
portrayed the competition between two construction firms (for early
completion). It was a very interesting documentary. If there's a repeat
telecast, make sure you catch it!

Humans love to compete, don't they? It's a case of size matters! Now the
tallest building in the world belongs to
Taipei 101. For 6 years, the twin

indeed the peak of the world. Not only did it command the tallest spot work
in, it also attracts world-renowned tenants like Microsoft, IBM, So, what's
next? The world is looking forward to the introduction of the airline by
Airbus; the

this type of aircrafts belongs to Malaysia's though, Singapore Airlines; which
incidentally has been voted many times to be the best airline in the world!
The race goes on & on ...airline in the world! The race goes on & on ...
